Waffle Café Is Back
After the massive cyber attack that affected over eight million online stores, we are so proud to confirm our full return. We have had an uphill struggle to put things back in place but here we are. We have changed the store name and now believe that we are ready to offer the great service we were renowned for before the attack. The former Waffle Café store will soon be taken down and new and existing customers will be invited to log onto the new store. We have spent the last few weeks checking out what the competition has been doing while we've been away. Crikey, they certainly put the prices up didn't they? We even spotted a site asking more than $10 for a small pot. Our Prices are in Pounds, Dollars and Euros, which allows you to see what the amount is in your local currency. We are pretty sure we're cheaper. Waffle Café is proud to bring back all of our old classics and as per usual, no frilly sites with moving images or blogs here. Here's how we see it:
Unfortunately we did receive some appalling reviews accusing us of running off with money or not respecting the orders. This really was due to the attack as we simply didn't receive notification of the orders. To those who were affected, we are sorry (again) but great news, all orders have now been sent and there are no more backlogs.
